Breast Excellence is the arm of the Sydney Cosmetic & Plastic Surgery Clinic that offers all forms of Cosmetic Breast Surgery. It was first established over 25 years ago to offer high-quality cosmetic breast surgery and is still known to this very day for its philosophy of delivering ‘Beautiful Breasts, Not Just Bigger’!

Currently in Australia, there are widely varying prices being advertised for Breast Augmentation. At one end of the spectrum, there are clinics offering Breast Augmentations for a total cost as low as $5,990 which, for a number of reasons, I would not regard as ‘high quality surgery’. Then, at the other end of the spectrum, there are the ‘Instafamous Doctors’ charging over-the-top prices and whose results, in my opinion, don’t justify their high prices.

In contrast, the great majority of our patients is made up of women looking for quality between those two extremes on the price spectrum – be they single, married, career women or Mums looking for ‘quality’ at a ‘value-for-money price’. They tell us that this is something they have been thinking about for a long time and they appreciate the extraordinary lengths we go to in our consultations to help them choose the implants that will best deliver the ‘look’ they’re after.  

Our philosophy has always been to create breasts that ‘Look Great, Not Fake’ and we achieve this aim by firstly taking many chest and breast measurements followed by the patient comparing in a crop top, those implants that best suit her measurements. We also offer the Trans-Axillary (Armpit) Approach which avoids any tell-tale scar on, or under, the breast!

Terms & Conditions

  • Consultations must be pre-paid at time of booking.
  • Once pre-paid, all consultations are non-refundable and non-transferable but can be moved to another date with at least 3 working days’ notice.
  • Cancellations with less than 3 working days’ notice and ‘no shows’ are not refundable or transferable and will incur a new consultation fee to re-book.
  • All payments by Credit Card & Debit Card attract a 0.3% surcharge and Amex a 1.5% surcharge.
  • The Medical Board of Australia’s new Regulations which came into effect on 1 July 2023 require that:
    • All patients seeking a consultation regarding cosmetic surgery must provide a referral and the referral must be from a GP or other specialist who does not perform cosmetic surgery or non-surgical cosmetic services themselves.
    • If a patient arrives without a referral, the Regulations recommend that the doctor should refrain from seeing the patient – in which event, any pre-paid consultation fee would be lost.
